diminea\u021ba.<br>Te simt obosit chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 ce dormi.<br>Lucruri care \u00eenainte p\u0103reau normale ajung s\u0103 consume enorm de mult\u0103 energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i, pentru c\u0103 din exterior \u00eenc\u0103 \u201efunc\u021bionezi\u201d, \u00eencep s\u0103 crezi c\u0103 problema este lipsa de voin\u021b\u0103 sau  de motiva\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate fi \u0219i asta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori \u00eens\u0103 este vorba despre epuizare psihic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum apare epuizarea psihic\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, burnout-ul nu apare brusc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se construie\u0219te lent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate \u00eencepe cu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>perioade lungi de stres,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>responsabilit\u0103\u021bi prea multe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa timpului de recuperare,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>presiune constant\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conflicte,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anxietate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sau presiunea c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fii mereu \u201ebine\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00eenceput, corpul \u0219i mintea compenseaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Func\u021bionezi.<br>Continui.<br>Te adaptezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar dup\u0103 o perioad\u0103, resursele psihice \u00eencep s\u0103 scad\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i apar semne pe care le ignori:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oboseal\u0103 constant\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa motiva\u021biei,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iritabilitate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dificult\u0103\u021bi de concentrare,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>retragere social\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>senza\u021bia c\u0103 totul cere prea mult efort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Burnout-ul nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar oboseal\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi oameni \u00ee\u0219i imagineaz\u0103 burnout-ul ca pe o form\u0103 extrem\u0103 de oboseal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar de multe ori este mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate ap\u0103rea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>senza\u021bia de gol interior,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa sensului,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deta\u0219area emo\u021bional\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dificultatea de a te bucura de lucruri care \u00eenainte \u00ee\u021bi f\u0103ceau bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori oamenii continu\u0103 s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la munc\u0103, s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 responsabilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i s\u0103 par\u0103 func\u021bionali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar \u00een interior se simt complet epuiza\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce oamenii epuiza\u021bi psihic par uneori reci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd cineva este suprasolicitat psihic mult timp, mintea \u00eencepe s\u0103 economiseasc\u0103 energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i uneori asta se vede prin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>retragere,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa r\u0103bd\u0103rii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u0103spunsuri scurte,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>distan\u021bare emo\u021bional\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sau lipsa energiei pentru rela\u021bii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din exterior poate p\u0103rea nep\u0103sare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen realitate, uneori este doar epuizare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semne c\u0103 este posibil s\u0103 ai nevoie de o pauz\u0103 real\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>te sim\u021bi obosit aproape tot timpul<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucrurile mici par foarte greu de f\u0103cut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu mai ai energie pentru oameni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sim\u021bi c\u0103 func\u021bionezi pe pilot automat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>te enervezi mai repede dec\u00e2t \u00eenainte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ai senza\u021bia c\u0103 nu te mai po\u021bi recupera complet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sim\u021bi c\u0103 nu mai ai spa\u021biu mental<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce poate ajuta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Burnout-ul nu se rezolv\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna doar prin \u201eodihn\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori este nevoie \u0219i de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reducerea suprasolicit\u0103rii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een\u021belegerea surselor reale de stres,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schimbarea unor tipare,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limite mai s\u0103n\u0103toase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0219i recuperare psihic\u0103 real\u0103, nu doar pauze scurte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Primul pas important este s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi c\u0103 ceea ce tr\u0103ie\u0219ti este firesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate fi semnul c\u0103 ai dus prea multe (unele epuizante \u0219i poate f\u0103r\u0103 sens) pentru prea mult timp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca s\u0103 fii sigur, po\u021bi face <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vreausfat.ro\/?page_id=1982\" target=\"_blank\"
