Revii. \u00ce\u021bi pui \u00eentreb\u0103ri.<br>\u0218i, \u00een loc s\u0103 se clarifice, lucrurile devin \u0219i mai ap\u0103s\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading &#8211; acel &#8220;overthinking&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problema este c\u0103 nu toate lucrurile pot fi rezolvate a\u0219a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i atunci apare bucla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g\u00e2nd \u2192 analiz\u0103 \u2192 nelini\u0219te \u2192 mai mult\u0103 analiz\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b0ea285e\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Cum recuno\u0219ti c\u0103 ai intrat \u00een acest cerc<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De obicei apare a\u0219a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti la acela\u0219i lucru de mai multe ori<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sim\u021bi c\u0103 nu ajungi la o concluzie clar\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apare tensiune sau oboseal\u0103 mental\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ee\u021bi este greu s\u0103 te \u201eopre\u0219te-te din g\u00e2ndit\u201d<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 nu este o alegere simpl\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu po\u021bi opri g\u00e2ndurile doar prin voin\u021b\u0103,<br>a\u0219a cum nu po\u021bi opri o emo\u021bie doar pentru c\u0103 \u201enu \u00ee\u021bi place\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu c\u00e2t \u00eencerci mai mult s\u0103 le controlezi,<br>cu at\u00e2t revin mai puternic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-75487e5e\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Nu m\u0103 pot opri din g\u00e2ndit \u2013 ce ajut\u0103 concret<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu s\u0103 le opre\u0219ti.<br>Ci s\u0103 schimbi rela\u021bia cu ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 observi c\u0103 este doar un g\u00e2nd, nu un fapt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 nu intri \u00een fiecare analiz\u0103 care apare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi aduci aten\u021bia \u00een prezent (corp, respira\u021bie, ce faci acum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 accep\u021bi c\u0103 nu toate \u00eentreb\u0103rile au r\u0103spuns imediat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste lucruri nu elimin\u0103 complet g\u00e2ndurile,<br>dar le reduce din intensitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-de2f1b41\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">C\u00e2nd devine o problem\u0103 cauza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt un efect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De multe ori, la originea lor se afl\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>anxietate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nevoie de control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>team\u0103 de a gre\u0219i<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>presiune acumulat\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tipare de g\u00e2ndire <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele dintre aceste tipare sunt erori de
