class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>g\u00e2ndurile nu se opresc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>te sim\u021bi tensionat f\u0103r\u0103 un motiv clar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>te \u00eengrijorezi constant, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd lucrurile sunt \u00een regul\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ee\u021bi este greu s\u0103 te relaxezi sau s\u0103 te opre\u0219ti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timp, aceste st\u0103ri devin obositoare \u0219i \u00eencep s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi afecteze via\u021ba de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai aceste simptome, e bine s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi mai clar ce se \u201estres\u201d sau \u201eo perioad\u0103 mai grea\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, este un mod \u00een care mintea \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 unor lucruri care nu sunt complet \u00een\u021belese sau procesate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problema nu este c\u0103 apare.<br>Problema este c\u00e2nd devine constant\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencepe s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi controleze reac\u021biile, g\u00e2ndurile \u0219i deciziile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-782fff36\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Cum se manifest\u0103<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anxietatea poate ar\u0103ta diferit de la o persoan\u0103 la alta, dar de obicei apare sub forme precum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>g\u00e2nduri repetitive sau scenarii negative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nelini\u0219te constant\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tensiune \u00een corp (respira\u021bie superficial\u0103, \u00eencordare)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dificult\u0103\u021bi de concentrare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>senza\u021bia c\u0103 \u201eceva nu este \u00een regul\u0103\u201d chiar \u0219i c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 un motiv clar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-651927be\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">C\u00e2nd e momentul s\u0103 cau\u021bi ajutor<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu trebuie s\u0103 ajungi \u00eentr-un punct critic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este suficient dac\u0103 sim\u021bi c\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>te epuizeaz\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se repet\u0103 de prea mult timp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu mai reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 o gestionezi singur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 lucrurile nu se schimb\u0103 de la sine, nu are sens s\u0103 le duci la nesf\u00e2r\u0219it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bb63cdd4\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Cum te pot ajuta<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen lucrul \u00eempreun\u0103, nu ne concentr\u0103m doar pe simptome, ci pe ce st\u0103 \u00een spatele lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vom lucra pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a \u00een\u021belege de unde vine anxietatea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a identifica tiparele care o men\u021bin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a construi moduri mai s\u0103n\u0103toase de a r\u0103spunde la ea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu este un proces rapid, dar este unul care aduce claritate \u0219i schimbare real\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6fbc27ff\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Cum lucr\u0103m<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0219edin\u021be individuale, \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu sigur \u0219i confiden\u021bial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ritm adaptat \u021bie, f\u0103r\u0103 presiune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discu\u021bii orientate pe \u00een\u021belegere, nu pe judecat\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul
